RES's team can transform a tough-to-discuss subject into a thoughtful, productive discussion. We advise you to understand the culture, carefully consider what information to present, and use simple, non-threatening language.

I feel that I am being discriminated against but I am not sure. How can I tell?

We all have the right to be treated equally. Discrimination is any discriminatory behavior that involves some form of exclusion, rejection or restriction based on a person's characteristics (gender, religion, disability, age, etc.)
